Gorgeous Apartment in Harlem

Hi there! Welcome to your new home! This is a two bed, one bath apartment on the second floor of an elevator building. The available room and shared spaces are SO large and spacious, in a way that I haven’t seen elsewhere in Manhattan. The apartment is fully furnished (including a fully equipped kitchen), but any furniture in the bedroom can be removed prior to moving in. Utilities and wifi are not included in the price, but have been around $60-80 per month per person. Laundry is on the block, a grocery store is next door, and multiple lines are all within a 7 minute walk (1 train is outside the door, A/B/C/D is a 7 minute walk away). I will be signing a lease for 12 months starting June 1, so anyone looking for a long-term lease is preferred!

About me:
I am a 28-year-old lawyer working full time in the Bronx Courthouse. I love to cook, watch TV, read, and snuggle with my absolutely adorable cat, Sprite. I’m a pretty solitary person, but I love to get to know my roommates and eventually become friends! I don’t host much (i. e. rarely ever), but I love the prospect. I’m fairly clean and pick up after myself and cat in all the shared spaces immediately, but I do have slip ups with leaving dishes over night a few times a month.
