2 bedroom and a private bath for 1700!!
looking for a roommate!! I am looking to rent 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen to one person for the price of $1700!! Essentially I want to divide my place. There is a door that divides the living room to the bedrooms. My last roommate made his living room/work space in one and in the other his bedroom
The Sherman Oaks pad is humongous, well decorated and is available July 1st. It is centrally located, walking distance to the movies, restaurants, bars, etc. I have a really sweet cat, he is indoor and a very loving animal. There are about 18 units to an open courtyard with vivacious pool to kick start .There is also a washer/dryer on site.
There is excellent parking and 20 bucks a month gets a parking permit. Utilities are extra but they are super affordable too. There will also be a security deposit. No pets please. I am a freelance photographer/videographer so I don't have a set time of work, but I do like to spend time at home relaxing so I am deff looking for someone with good energy/mindful/respectful :)
