Large bedroom on UES apartment!

Hello everyone! My roommate (25M) and I (28M) are looking to replace our third roommate in our current apartment (they are moving in with their boyfriend - not leaving for any negative reasons!) on the UES for a 6/1 move-in!

Rent is $1,633 a month (not including utilities which are usually around 50-100 per month per person) and includes a washer/dryer in-unit and a dishwasher as well as two bathrooms. You are right near Carl Schurz Park as well as a 6-minute walk to the Q and 10-12-minute walk to the 456.

We both are rather social people and love hosting in our apartment, going on adventures around the city, and having people to talk to at the end of a long day(with respect to your alone time as well!). We both like to travel and so can be gone at times from the apartment, as well as I work in entertainment so my schedule can keep me gone for 12-14 hours a day at points. We love gaming of all sorts, typically go on runs or play sports, and are big readers as well. Reach out if you have any questions!
