Looking for a roommate - Lease begins 8/1

I am looking for a roommate to resign a lease with this summer. The lease begins 8/1, but I would need to confirm by the first week of June.

Apartment details:
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (Luxury Building)
- Rent is approximately $4,800 ($2,400 each)
- Utilities (wifi, electricity) range from $60-$100
- Bedroom faces street (views of Empire State, One Vanderbilt, Chrysler)

Amenities:
- Elevators, laundry, gym and a rooftop
- The building also provides a part-time doorman (5 pm - 1 am)

Location:
-Kips Bay, on 29th Street and Third Avenue
- The apartment is very close to the 6 train, and about a 15 minute walking distance to Grand Central (Midtown)

Building Management Requirements:
- Verifiable income, guarantors accepted
- 650+ credit score

About me:
- I do have two cats that live in the apartment (Charles and Eloise). They are very sweet and friendly. However, I will ensure they respect your boundaries.
- I work a full-time job so I am not home from 10 am - 6 pm. I also spend time at my partner’s place, so I will be out of the apartment some nights with my cats.

I am hoping to find a roommate with great communication and that we can be respectful of each other’s space/time.
