We're looking for a clean, professional roommate to live with us in our large, modern home. The house is in a fantastic location in Clairemont with a large backyard and balcony overlooking Tecelote Canyon that's 15 minutes from both downtown and the beach. The house is recently built, has all new appliances and there are 3 large flat screen TVs throughout the house along with lots of other great features, check them out. There are also a couple guest bedrooms in the house that guests are welcome to use.

The house common areas are furnished with great features, but the bedroom itself is not furnished.
