College Apartment Seeking 2 Roommates

The room comes fully furnished with bedframe, mattress, and pillows, night stand, desk, desk chair, and compartments for clothes and other item storage. The apartment unit has 2 bathrooms, which the renter of this room would share with another tenant. There is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, rice cooker, mini grill, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, electric stove top, etc. The unit's shared laundry features a washing machine and dryer, in a room directly behind the kitchen. There are two points of entry into the unit, one through the front door and one through the parking area (goes through the shared laundry room). Subway Green B Line station closest to unit is Alston St, which is about 3 minutes walk, and is about 12 minute ride from Boston College and 15 minutes from Boston University Central Station. The Framingham/Worcester Commuter Rail (Boston Landing Station) is about a 15 minute walk or 7 minute car ride from the apartment. There is a convenience store right next to the building, a Whole Foods about 8 minute walk from building, and 2 Star Markets about 18 minute walk from building (one of which is accessible via Green B-line to Packard's Corner). Currently 2 (males) of the four roommates are confirmed continuing the lease into August 2025, and one (male) is still making their decision (the $920 room).
