Bedroom w/ Private Bath for Female preferably

Private Bedroom with a private Bathroom and 1 Parking space in a family home in Long Beach. Accommodations are for a Female tenant only. Monthly Rent covers all Utilities, Hi-speed Internet, Amazon Fire TV/Netflix subscriptions, Washer/Dryer use. The Room can come furnished with a Queen-size mattress w/ Bed Frame, Dressers, Computer desk w/ monitor & printer, Mini fridge/microwave and a Flatscreen TV if desired. Tenant is welcome to use Kitchen and all other common areas in the home. The home is shared with myself (45 woman) and my 3 kids (12 & 11 boys, 2 girl). Their dad comes to visit and help with them but he doesn’t live here with us. If you’re bothered by early, noisy mornings and scattered toys then this isn’t the home for you lol. Kids are in school M-F from 9-4:00 pm. Quiet hours for the home are usually from 9:00 pm-7:00 am. House rules are NO over-nite guests. You will need to be home if any guests are here and they will need to leave by 10:00 pm. NO smoking or vaping inside the home. NO mail or package delivery. You will need to get a P. O. Box and use an Amazon locker. I would prefer no pets but I’m open to discuss it. If interested, you will need to complete a background and credit check for approval. DM or text me if interested.
