I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. 1 room available. 1 shared bath. Cathedral City 30th / Landau. It’s a great neighborhood! The terms are negotiable, but I will require that you sign a lease, and pay 1st, last plus dep.

The room is unfurnished, although, I have a Queen size bed, and furniture, if you would like.

The home is renovated, with central AC. Washer dryer, private pool, and parking. I’m looking to share the house with employed individuals, I work from home 3 days a week, and, I work doing events, and also some pet sitting at home.

I purchased this home in 2022 after selling my West Hollywood Condo. Originally my plan was to renovate, and list it for rent, however, as I have spent time in the desert, and living in this cool house, I decided to stay. I spent time upgrading the property, however, I do not use the 2 spare bedrooms and bathroom at all. My lifestyle has become more relaxed than it was in West Hollywood I work evenings /weekends on call doing events, and I also do some Pet sitting at home. Since the home has access to the back yard and pool from the kitchen, and also the Master Bedroom that I occupy, I do not allow the pups in my care into the main part of the house.

I am originally from Seattle, and traveled and lived in a few places, including Fort Lauderdale, Capital Hill (Seattle), and West Hollywood. I am somewhat social- My close friends I visit when they are in town visiting from LA, or to manage their Palm Springs Air bnb properties. Utilities will be shared, I have some furniture, if you would like, including a bed. I am 52 y/o, regular open minded guy. I am finishing doing some minor repairs and upgrades on this home, but it’s pretty great! If you end up looking to move in, I will require a lease, credit check, deposit, and renters insurance.

I welcome anyone, please provide some information about yourself, and what you are looking for. I prefer someone who works outside the home, without pets, as I host pups sometimes when I dog sit.
