FEMALE Private 1bdr/bath - $1000/month + utilities

Hi, I am moving out of my apartment and looking for a lovely young female professional to take my place in our Bushwick/Stuyvesant neighborhood. This is close to the J/Z/A/C train. Plenty of great shops, parks, and restaurants nearby. There is also a private backyard, a door cam to ensure safety, and washer dryer!

Pets are considered (small to medium and only ONE pet). There is a non refundable one time fee of $300 for your pet. Utilities vary every month but are split evenly between the three tenants (on average I’d say we pay $130/month) I can send you a video of the space to see if you like it before coming in person.

There is also a $20 credit check fee required during your application process.

The criteria for moving in is simple and there are no exceptions, please see below for more information:
Minimum acceptable credit score is 600 but ideally looking for an applicant with a credit score of 640+
Must make at least $40,000 a year and have paystub’s to verify this. No exceptions.
