The unit is in a 2x2 with a bathroom inside the room. Natural light is phenomenal (facing the skyline), so you get daily sunsets. There’s a balcony for the entire apartment. The building was finished 2 months ago and is fully occupied. Laundry in-building. Car parking underground for monthly fee. Bike storage. We also get rooftop access 24/7 where you can see the entire skyline and 360 degree views. Plenty of outdoor space. Also room will have basics already, because roommate is leaving it behind (bed, desk, chair) but it can be thrown out as well.

The area has 4-5 coffee shops within 5 minute walks. 2 grocery stores within 2 minute walks. And plenty of restaurants, highly recommend Rosie’s Pizza. M train is what I take to work daily. The L stop is also about 10 mins walk away.

Just me in the other room. I’m from south florida and have been in nyc for 2 years now. I was in East Village and moved to Bushwick last week, but my roommate is leaving for a new job outside of the city. I like to keep things clean especially the bathroom and kitchen. I work in tech sales and love to hit cafes, bars, events (shows and house music venues). I also workout at the Blink which is about a 7 min walk.
