Room for rent in private house on a quiet street in Astoria! 1 year lease starting ASAP or June 1st.

Must be working full time and have credit score over 650 to qualify.

Three roommates currently live there (Julie, Kristen and Norae) all in their late 20’s-30’s. Looking for a non smoking, friendly roommate who respects the home and each other. No pets.

The apartment is on the top floor (one flight up) is a cute private house on a quiet street near 34th ave and 28th street. Laundry is not in the apt but right around the corner. The kitchen has plenty of space with a dishwasher. Living room has all furniture and super cozy.

The available room is very spacious- 12x15 with lots of natural light. Unfurnished. No built in closet, but plenty of space for multiple dressers/wardrobes. Heat and hot water is included. You’d split internet and electricity with your roommates, about $50 extra a month.
