Room: One spacious private room, on separate semi-private floor with ensuite private bathroom; unfurnished.

Unit/Building: Room is unfurnished but rest of place is furnished. Building was built 2010, has 7 units total with 3 floors, a rooftop (elevator access) and underground guest parking; quiet, clean and secure. To get to the unit, has elevator from lobby or garage to entrance on 2nd floor which enters into main level of the unit; where you will find a half guest bath, kitchen (Viking gas stove and other stainless appliances), living room with gas Fireplace and a patio (this level is hardwood floors). The room for rent is on the bottom floor (stairs) with it's own private bathroom; also on this floor is laundry closet, separate bottom floor A/C and a third bedroom suite. Top floor is master suite. Both bottom and top levels are carpet minus the bathrooms and plenty of mirrors throughout.

Location/area: If your unfamiliar with the location, it's a nice area a few blocks from Century City mall and other direction a minute drive is 405 freeway, and there's plenty of street parking (day or night). Walking distance to Santa Monica Blvd or Westwood Blvd with restaurants, etc.

About me: I live alone, 38 yr old male profession self employed (tech WFH), with a part-time 8 yr old daughter (only two weekends a month, 4days). She stays in the third bedroom when she's here. Lastly, outside of full time work from home and gym; typically enjoy social events, parties, etc.

Looking for: A clean, responsible, respectful, and proof of financial ability M/F individual. You would be the second person living here full time.

Lease expectation: Looking to do a 3-6 month minimum commitment. Split utilities.
