I'm seeking someone to take over my lease for a big room in a 2-bedroom apartment in North Williamsburg, near the Bedford Ave L stop. It's surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, and McCarren Park is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment features a spacious, sunlit backyard. You'll share the kitchen and bathroom with one female roommate, a young professional artist. It's located on the 1st floor of a 3-floor, 3-apartment building.

The available room is quite roomy, with high ceilings. It includes a queen-size bed, desk, large closet, working chair, lounge chair, and still has space for additional furniture.

The room is filled with sunlight, thanks to its two large windows and a ceiling fan.

I'm seeking a respectful and neat young professional, without pets, to ideally take over the lease. The lease can be renewed with the landlord, or long-term subletting can be discussed

First month's rent and security deposit are required to move in. Rent is $1,900 per month, all-inclusive. This could be a sublet situation, or if signing a lease, it will be directly with the landlord
