Looking for a year-long renter to share my cozy condo located on a quiet residential street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) It's just a <5 minute stroll to a major bus-line, and a quick 10-minute drive to Forest Hills Station (orange line).

About Me: I'm a 37-year-old lifelong resident of the area, working full-time for a progressive political organization. Most of my work is done from home, so you'll often find me at my desk in the living room, engaged in zoom meetings or phone calls.

The Space: You'll have full access to all common areas including the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. We'll share the cost of utilities (electricity & internet/cable), with heat and monthly house-cleaning included in the rent. 420 friendly, no tobacco smoking indoors. Common spaces fully furnished. Bedroom is unfurnished. Coin-operated laundry in the basement.

I prefer someone who works outside the home Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, as I frequently work from the living room during these hours. Mutual respect for each other's space and schedule is key. It's important for both of us to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the shared spaces.

I'm friendly, open-minded, and respectful of all racial, gender, and sexual identities. I'm a single, heterosexual Latina who enjoys occasional gatherings with friends for dinner, drinks, or a movie night.
