Seeking Christian Female Roommate in Harlem - 7/1

I am looking to move out of my Central Harlem apartment by July 1st to move closer to my church, friends, and family in Brooklyn, and am looking for another Christian female for a lease takeover. We are looking to ideally confirm new tenant for July by before June 1st (June 8th latest) so our landlord has time to approve you.

The building is on 139th and Lenox and has an elevator. The unit has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. 3 bed / 1.5 bath. Heat and hot water included. The neighborhood is safe and three blocks West you are at St. Nicholas Park. We even have a friends in our building which is nice! There are lots of amazing restaurants nearby and down Lenox such as Sylvia's and Red Rooster, a 5 minute walk to the 2/3 train that is on 135th and Lenox, and a 12 minute walk to the A/B/C/D train that is on 135th and St. Nicholas. The 2/3 trains on Lenox that I usually take run regularly and will take you to Times Square in 25 minutes (Penn in 30 minutes), so no transfers for anyone working in midtown or commuting via Port Authority, Amtrak, LIRR, NJ Transit, and more.

The largest of the three rooms in this unit is available for $1207.50 (with a $1207.50 security deposit). It fits a closet, a full bed, a single dresser, a bedside table, my electric piano keyboard, my standing desk, and a mirror with still extra space for movement. Two long windows with one having a fire escape. You will share the apartment with two other girls (Hallel who just graduated with her MFA from Columbia focusing on Directing and Writing in Film and works for Jews for Jesus in their Production team and Alicia who works for Fullbright helping students and professors from Asia come to the US for their studies).

Hallel (who's room is next to the available unit) goes into the office 5 days a week Monday through Friday and Alicia goes into the office at least once a week, so this is ideal for anyone with any working schedule. Hallel loves to watch movies together and catch up. She likes to read as well! And also will sometimes do Pilates and invite us to join her in the living room. She likes to ride her bike around the city when the weather is good as well. Alicia loves all things Asia, and speaks several Asian languages. She has also written at least two spiritual books. One on the topic of Christian Feasts which I found fascinating!

Only requirement from landlord is at least a 700 credit score. The girls are looking for someone who would stay till end of lease June 2025.
