I am looking for a female tenant; no partying preferred.

Duration: Mid-May to July 25th, with the option for a lease takeover. An additional 2-month deposit is required for lease takeover.

My roommates are female students from USC Viterbi/Marshall. They are likely to be away during the latter part of the summer. No pets, no parties, quiet and tidy.

Price: $1530 per month, with only $800 for May.

Transportation: 10 minutes by bus to both the North and West Gates of USC, within a 10-minute walk to Ralphs, and a 5-minute walk to the shuttle stop. Various bus stops nearby offer convenient access to different parts of LA. Free Lyft rides from the school are available after 6 PM. Perfect for USC summer school attendees and interns in LA.

Safety: The street is very safe, and no homeless people are around. No incidents of package theft in a year of living here.
