Located on the opposite end of the apartment from the other two, away from the streetside, the room is situated next to a convenient half-bath. and has two large windows that give private access to a fire escape and the rooftop. It can comfortably fit a full size bed and a desk - the previous tenant fit a twin, a desk, and a dresser.

The apartment has a full living room and kitchen as well as 1.5 baths.

About us: I'm an American that works from home with a day or 2 in-person every month while my roommate is French and primarily works in-person with 1 remote day per week. I enjoy cooking, my roommate not so much, but we both speak French and enjoy watching a lot of movies and tv shows (and are always open to suggestions!)

We are looking for someone who wants an open and peaceful environment, is down for a friendly chat but also appreciates and respects privacy.
