My name's Andrew, 28 years old, and I live in a 4 bedroom house in an awesome neighborhood in Highland Park. We have two available rooms in the house after removing roommates and getting the carpet replaced.

The downsides: Need someone in or paying by May 15th, shared bathroom for 3 rooms (though nearly never an issue, and kept in excellent condition), and no interior AC (though window or standing units work great).

The upsides: Very large room available for 900,, smaller room available for 750. Fantastic neighborhood with one of the coolest streets in LA a block away. 3 common spaces to be taken advantage of: Foyer downstairs, living room/kitchen upstairs, and carport area used as outdoor living room. Included washer and dryer, and two parking spaces with additional easy street parking. We are signing a new 6 month lease, so a security deposit of a month's rent will be needed too!

It's two of us right now, my long time friend Michael 29 yrs is moving upstairs, but reaching out to men and women regarding the vacancy! Certainly understand the timeline or shared bathroom being a hold up, but wanted to lay out the details!
