Room in great community/neighborhood

Please read thoroughly: Private room in a single family house near Mile Square Park (Fountain Valley, CA) is available for share to an individual only (1 person per room), NO PETS - NO SMOKING.
The room is upstairs, furnished, and sharing bathroom with a family member. All utilities including wifi are provided along with washer/dryer. Light cooking preferably. The room is partially furnished with a queen bed , study desk and chair , a night stand.
The house is recently remodeled, hardwood floors, new light fixtures and newly painted. We are looking for young professional, respectful and chill tenant. This is convenience location , near 2 big regional hospital (Fountain Valley Hospital and Orange Coast Memorial Care)

Our roommate has access to the community pool that is right across the street. This neighborhood is very safe, quiet and respectful.
