Located off of Thomas and the 101 the house is less than 2 miles from old town Scottsdale, less than a mile from the greenbelt, and 7 miles from Sky Harbor (ten minute drive with close proximity to the freeway).

Your bedroom (which is at the end of the hallway that connects the rooms to the rest of the house) and your bathroom are currently nearing completion of remodel which I will have wrapped up before June.

Excellent gigabit fiber optic home network with mesh wifi that covers entire property. New AC this year on the house and your room also has it's own 2 ton mini-spilt AC that is not at all needed but there for you to use.

You will find it a private place as rarely do I have anyone over at the house, most weeks you won't see anyone else even stop by. I will be going back to working full-time once finished with the house and on my free time (well at least over the last year have been deep in the middle of remodeling and adding to the house).
I like to build and create in my workshop, go out with my close friends, meet new people, go for bike rides and never stop learning in my office.
