Seeking “Professional” Couple For Master Bedroom

I am looking for a “professional” couple to take over the master bed/bath from my friends who have to unexpectedly move. The room is available July 1 and I am the only remaining tenant. You would have a king size room with a MASSIVE closet and a full bath. We currently use the 3rd room as an office/laundry room so there is space for multiple desks and storage. We have a combo washer/drier so we have a clothesline in the office to hang dry things. All the appliances are new as of last year, includes AC, and we have roof access. The apartment is cat friendly (I’d like to get a cat soon but I don’t have one yet so that can be a discussion) but no dogs, sorry! I am WFH 2-3 days a week. I am also open to just 1 roommate but I cannot afford to split the rent so would need to be willing/able to take on the rent (you could do whatever you wanted to the office as long as I can keep my desk in there). The place is a great size for 3 and gets amazing light during the day! To summarize: Master bed/bath available, laundry in unit, roof access, AC in each room, full size new appliances, shared office, large living room, cat friendly, LGBTQ friendly
