Room for rent in a new quiet neighborhood

I have one open room for rent starting on the first of July, that is unfurnished with a large window that opens for air, a ceiling fan with remote control and a closet. Your bedroom is private, but you would be sharing your bathroom with 1 other tenant. The living room/dining room space is shared, upstairs landing area, front patio, as well as the side patio outside. The house has great central heat for the winter and awesome A/C for the summer. Utilities don't run very high being split with housemates. There is a park right across the street that includes a basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table, large area of grass, and bike racks. There is also a brand new coffee shop within a 3 minute walk. There is plenty of parking by the house as well. 15 minute drive to downtown Denver, 12 minutes to RiNo art district, 7 minutes to Dick's Sporting good park, and 25 minutes to Denver International Airport. We are looking for a respectful working professional in their 20s or 30s who has similar vibes.

Hello, Ethan here! I am in my 30s and occupy the master bedroom with my wife, Janina. There is one other room currently occupied by a respectful tenant in his 30s as well.
My wife and I enjoy the outdoors, concerts, cooking, and sports. The other tenant enjoys writing and playing music, the great outdoors, reading, and hanging with his well behaved dog.
