2 rooms available, end unit townhome near Winthrop

My husband and I are looking for 2 roommates to sublet the other two bedrooms in an end unit townhouse we are renting. Features include 9ft. ceilings, a screened back porch/deck, reserved parking, lots of natural light, gas inset fireplace, beautiful updated kitchen with new appliances, in unit laundry, and large shared living space. Centrally located near downtown Rock Hill, about a mile from Winthrop—perfect for a student!

The house is 3 floors, with a front entrance on the middle level (kitchen, living, half bath, and screen deck), as well as a walkout basement. 2 bedrooms upstairs—one will be ours, the other could be yours! There are two full baths upstairs, one in the master and one in the hall.

The remaining bedroom is in the basement, through the finished garage (planning to use as a den/additional shared space), and has a half bath in the room. This tenant will have to share the upstairs hall bath for showering, which is why this room is priced lower, but they will also be able to use the back entrance to enter almost directly to their room.

Both rooms are currently unfurnished but we will be happy to help furnish them if you prefer.

Sadly we cannot accept pets as we have a dog who is great with people but not so much with other dogs or cats.
