Looking for Responsible Roomie - $1,500/mo

Room will be available June 1, 2024. Rent would be $1,500 which includes electric, water, sewer, trash, and WiFi). You will have your own room and bathroom and share the kitchen, living room and laundry room full size washer & dryer in unit). The room is unfurnished. I'm looking for someone who will stay until August 2025. No short term lease.
Property has a gym, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi, and club house.
Renters Insurance $67.80
Move in amount would be 1st Month, last month, $500 security deposit, & $100 application fee with the office.
Must be able to pass a background check and have 2 most recent pay stubs.

In a roommate I'm looking for someone who is responsible, semi clean, someone who is cordial, respectful, we do not have to be friends unless it naturally happens. I am a GAY male so must be ok with living with someone who lives that lifestyle. I currently work from home. No longer a dog in the apartment.
