We are seeking new housemates! There are two rooms for rent in our beautifully preserved 1910 craftsman house, nestled in a Pasadena historic landmark neighborhood.

Room 1: $1,395 -13.10 ft x 12ft (160 sq ft)
Room 2: $1,195 - 11.6 ft x 11.4 ft (132 sq ft)

Features of each room include:

-Vintage lighting fixtures
-High ceilings
-Closets (and additional storage space available on the property)

Additionally, we share amenities that will enhance your living experience:
-A beautifully furnished living room and dining room with lots of light and a plethora of houseplants
-A shared kitchen, with historic cabinetry, and an induction range
-A sun-drenched sun room
-The outdoor spaces, including a charming front and back yard, vegetable garden, and patio with a fire-pit and grill
-A washer and dryer, conveniently located within the house
-Workout equipment is available in the garage
-Tandem parking
-Living minutes away from Old Town Pasadena, Eagle Rock, hiking trails, and the 210, 110, 134, and 2 freeways
-Situated within a charming, historic, tranquil, and oak tree lined neighborhood

Housemates include a university professor, a public planner, a sales professional, a filmmaker, a happy baby, and two lovable dogs. We are quiet, respectful, tidy, and kind, and seek a like-minded individual to join the household. We prioritize maintaining clean and peaceful homes so that we can all feel at ease in our home. Our household is multicultural -- BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people will feel respected and at home among us.

Utilities and bi-monthly cleaning costs are not included in the rent and will be divided equally among all residents of the house. They average $200 a month (depending on the weather and use of the AC).

Move-in costs include first and last month’s rent, plus a $600 security deposit. Application, background check, and proof income will be required prior to moving in.

1 year lease required.

We are unable to accommodate additional dogs or cats.
