Looking for Roommate

Hi, my friend and I are currently looking for a 3rd roommate.

About the Apartment:
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(1 in the master) a recently renovated kitchen, a sunroom and a nice living room.

The room available is a double with a bedroom and upstairs office(or vice versa depending how you use it).

About us:
we are both male, 27 years old. I am an electrical Engineer and my roommate is a lab technician. we are both super chill and respectful of boundaries. we are both musicians so there will be some level of noise but we try to keep the levels down and are open to communication in terms of respecting one another's schedules.
