Welcoming New Beginnings

Hey there! I have a spare room in my three bed, two bath townhouse, located in Santee. I currently have an older female tenant, I and am searching for another responsible, cleanly, easy-going, drama-free female to join our lovely household. We do not allow pets. The space is 10x10 and unfurnished (I may be able to donate the dresser that is currently in the room, if desired). There are two shared restrooms: one is in the upstairs hallway - next to the bedroom; the other is downstairs, through the laundry room (washer and dryer provided.) Parking is located conveniently in front of our complex, but requires a permit, which is your responsibility. There is a community pool for access near the complex (no spa). Leasing is month-to-month, available 5/13/24. Our home is a 420 friendly, peaceful, judgement-free zone, and we are excited to meet our third roomie! Welcome Home!
