The bright fully-furnished room in the 2 bed 1 bathroom unit in the heart of JP's Brewery District is steps away from local cafes, parks and a 6-minute walk to the Orange Line (Stony Brook) and the Southwest Corridor. It comes with a full sized bed and mattress, spacious dresser, ottoman, and ac window unit. Can include a desk & office chair as well upon request.

The room is perfect for someone who wants a move-in ready short-term home base in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood with an easy city commute. All utilities are included in the rent and there is free street parking. You'll share a furnished living room, a fully equipped and updated kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher, bathroom with vintage features, and a back porch. There is free in-building laundry. The unit has a really cool layout and decor.

👋🏻 My roommate is a wonderful and down-to-earth art historian who is here working on her PHD research through Wellesley College. She is one of the best roommates I’ve ever had and whoever gets to live with her for this short time will be lucky!! We are looking for a good fit more than anything since this is a short-term sublet. We are hoping to find a situation where who you both are able to comfortably share the space together :)
