The apartment is a 2-bed, 2-bath unit with a spacious living room and kitchen. The large bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, armchair, and desk, and features a sizable walk-in closet and plenty of natural light.
The lease takeover will be from July 1st; both my roommate and I are open to let people moving in from the last week of June.
Rent is $1650 + utilities (Internet: $40, Electricity: from $20 to $40 bepends on usage)
Deposit is $2550

ROOMMATE:
About the roommate, Pat: He's in his late 20s and has been living in this apartment for 1-2 years. Pat is a fun, respectful individual who enjoys traveling and watching TV series. He works in a city office with occasional work-from-home days during the week.
Ideal candidate: respecful and positive, social but doesn’t bring the party home.
