7 minute drive to Compton College, 12 minute drive to East Los Angeles College South (ELACC) and California State University Dominguez Hill (CSUDH), and 20 minute drive to El Camino College (ECC), Cerritos Community College (CCC), and Long Beach City College (LBCC).
5 minute drive to Walmart, Target, ALDI's, home depot, etc.

Would prefer students/working professionals.
