Currents on the Charles - New Roommate(s)

I'm looking to fill the master bedroom in 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Waltham, available for move-in May 6th (would need to move in before July) since current roommate is moving in with her partner. My lease ends August 4th officially, so looking for someone to get added to my current lease and renew with me through the end of next August.

Rent is ~$2000/month for the master bedroom and covered parking access (would be $85 less if you don't need parking) plus utilities which are usually ~$100 total. The apartment will be fully furnished besides the master bedroom. The apartment complex is Currents on the Charles, which is right next to the Charles River and a fairly short walking distance from public transportation and Moody Street! In unit laundry, central AC/Heat, wood flooring, covered parking access, one of the nicest apartment gyms I have ever seen, and a LuxerOne system for packages are just some of the perks/amenities.

As for me, I am a 31F who is active, outgoing and very tidy. Looking for similar qualities in a roommate. I'm looking for individuals in their mid-late 20s / early 30s who are either grad students or working professionals. I work in Back Bay and commute into the office roughly 3 days a week.
