GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Great location, great group of people. Near the on ramp, west side of I-25 has sound barriers, quiet exit, and trails to walk. West side is the best side, everything is within a five minute drive—downtown, Old Colorado, two grocery stores. The main rule is not disturbing everyone else in the house. I'm the owner and I live here too, so if you need anything I'm not far. Some people have been here for years; they're my friends, my roommates, and my livelihood; I will not hesitate responding to complaints.
