One unfurnished private room with shared kitchen/ living room/ bathroom available. Must be LGBT+ friendly. We prefer another female roommate, but open to male who is clean & considerate. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Some images of the bedroom have been virtually staged. House does have central A/C and heat.

Located in a quiet safe suburban neighborhood. Great location. Less than 1 mile to Stater Bros, 2 miles to Trader Joes, Target, Costco, Cypress College, 4 miles from Knotts Berry Farm, the 91 freeway, and 7 miles to Disneyland.

The room has a closet, ceiling fan, hardwood flooring and gets nice sunlight in the room. You get access to kitchen so you can cook meals. Kitchen cabinet space is provided. There is limited fridge space so we encourage you to bring a mini fridge. We have a space for a mini fridge in the living room area so it won't need to take up your bed room space. Plenty of parking is available on the street. Laundry is available.

We are looking for someone clean, responsible, considerate, polite and LGBT+ friendly. Who is a full time working professional. Single occupant only. 12 month lease. Rent is due on the 1st of every month & rent is to be paid on time. Safety is always top consideration. No overnight guests. No pets. Ideally you have good credit, good employment/ income, good rental history, and a clean background check. Rent is $1,200/month + utilities. Room is available now.

Smoking permitted in the backyard only. No smoking allowed in the house.

We also have a full size mattress & bed frame if needed.

Currently 3 females & 1 non-binary person who's pronouns are they/them, live in the house. Must be LGBT+ friendly. Everyone is friendly & chill. All are welcome.
