Property is a duplex located close to Hollywood’s downtown area(Young Circle) All markets, transportation and restaurants are within walking distance. Just a 7 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH and all major shops! There are 2 entrances/exits and a large backyard.

Im a 37 year old Property Manager living the beach life. Im grounded and very down to earth. Im also an introvert who stays to himself often. I love traveling, going on adventures, kayaking, fishing and working out. When im not out, im home watching all the sports. I rarely have company over. If my new roommate wants to go on some adventures, awesome. If you want to stay to yourself and mind your own, that’s fine too. I just don’t want anyone who is going to make me feel like a stranger in my own home. Good and healthy communication is a must.

My home is my place of peace not parties or drama. If they don’t pay, they don’t stay and i expect traffic to be minimal. Any questions, just ask. I look forward to this new journey with my new roomie.
