I am looking for a roommate for a month-to-month lease. I own a 4 bedroom house, there are currently two people living in the home males aged 23. The potential roommate must be pet friendly as I have a 3-month-old golden retriever. I am looking to charge 700 a month and split utilities or I would also be interested in 300 a month and split utilities if you were able to take care of my puppy during the day..
