I’m in my mid 20’s and am looking for young responsible tenants for 2 rooms, Looking for mild-mannered individuals.
One is a small room at $850/month with a large walk in closet and the other is a medium sized room with large windows and lots of space at $950/month with utilities included. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom in the hallway as well as the rest of the house.
Great location ! This house is near everything you need, entertainment, restaurants and shopping centers. It’s close to major highways as well. Less than 5 minutes to UTA, AT&T stadium and Texas Live !
