Shared common spaces (kitchen, etc.).
Free laundry in the basement.

THE APARTMENT/THE AREA: Non-smoking building.
1 block from the lake - Edgewater/Loyola area.
3 bedroom/2 bath apartment, 1st floor walk-up, gated front/back yard.
Granville Red Line, bus routes, easy access to Lake Shore Drive.

MUST LOVE DOGS: There are 4 dogs on this property (mine, landlords, other tenants).
They are all friendly/well-mannered but have quirks.
WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANOTHER CANINE (sorry!).
