Individual lease at an apartment in downtown Atlanta. One room in a 4 bed 2 bath space, shared living room and kitchen. Four males total (usually students) to the unit, no pets. Deposit will need to be made if you have no co-signer or guarantor. I’m leaving and need someone to takeover the full rights to my lease agreement

➕Pros:
- 7 min walk to GSU
- 8 min walk to Peachtree train station
- Other downtown amenities including several food spots
- Cheap rent with no utility bills or maintenance fees, fully furnished. This lease is an early renewal discount on a sold out unit type
- Fairly large bedroom with window (suicide proofed)
- Parking deck between the apartments, a pool, grilling area, some pool tables, free workout gym, and multiple lounge areas including outside
- 24/7 security to let you back into your unit
- Keys to lock bedroom and access (unit shared) mailbox next to the lobby
➖Cons:
- Pests. If the unit is kept clean and precautions are made, you’ll likely see a roach about once a day. If not kept clean, you’ll see them a lot along with gnats too. I can provide free boric acid
- Maintenance quality. Have had a lot of trouble with anything more complicated than lighting issues or broken doors
- Incompetent management. Something is always breaking which includes the elevators, people in charge are unhelpful, and security measures are lacking
- Parking is $90 a month, you need a sticker for your windshield or you’ll be booted
