Furnished room in shared, sunlit apartment

I have a spacious room available in my apartment. It's well furnished with queen bed, desk, sizeable closet, spare sheets, towels & television.

And duh, of course, access to all common/shared areas are open and free to utilize. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked with everything you could ask for. Utilities also included in the price. Asking for first and last month's rent, and preferably a 3 month minimum stay.

3 minute walk from 6 subway station and 10 minute walk to 2 express subway station. 15 minutes to Midtown, 25 minutes to downtown.

Central Park, East River Greenway, East River Esplanade , Ward's Island Bridge , Jefferson Rec Center/Pool, Blink Fitness, Planet Fitness, laundries, banks, museums, restaurants, and shopping etc steps away.
