I am renting out a large master bedroom (15 feet by 13 feet) with private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet and 1 regular bedroom (11 feet by 10 feet each) with private closets and shared bath with double sinks in an updated and well-maintained house in a nice, clean area in Southwest Vegas close to two major highways (215 and 160/Blue Diamond Rd) with lots of great stores and restaurants nearby (very close to Durango Casino). Both rooms can be rented by one person or couple if you want to sleep in the master bedroom and use the regular bedroom for a home office.

The entire house has been updated with new carpet and paint. The house has fast wifi internet, security system with cameras in common areas, in-unit laundry, parking in garage/driveway/street, living room with large screen TV, common loft area, and regular cleaning service.

I am looking for clean, responsible, and respectful working professionals for these rooms.

Requirements:
Minimum income of $48,000/year required to rent master bedroom and $36,000/year for regular bedrooms
Employment and income verification
Two references from previous landlords
Full credit and background checks (minimum credit score of 650)
Security deposit to secure room is 1 month's rent
