Looking for roommates for a N. Phx. home!!

Hi everyone! My name is Sedona and I’m looking for 3 roommates for a house in North Phoenix on June 1. The house is located right off of the I-17 and Cactus, a great location for GCU students! Some pictures included are current and some are slightly dated (for example, no carpet in bedrooms, difference in furniture, etc.). There is a master bedroom with a private bathroom available ($800/mo + utilities) and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom ($750/mo + utilities). No pets and no couples. The main living areas are furnished and bedrooms come with a bed. All dishes and other household items are also included!

I’m looking for responsible, respectful individuals who will value the home and the other people in it. This is not a big party house, so I’m looking for people who live a lifestyle conducive to that. I’m super easy going and get along with most people and I would love roommates who feel the same! I would love to find roommates who can all enjoy each other’s company and make the home fun. No drama!

A little bit about me: I’m a full time private nanny and I’m going to start working on my doula certification after the summer! I have a huge family and I love to spend time with them. I love cooking, hanging out by the pool, bingeing The Bachelor, and hanging with family and friends. I’m pretty laid back, super clean, and I love my little home!
