Large sun filled bedroom in Bushwick!

I’ll be moving out of my room at the end of May and am helping my current roommate find a replacement. It’s such a great spot so I’m pretty bummed about leaving, but am hoping someone great can take over :)

You would be renting a room in a 2 bedroom, pet friendly apartment in Bushwick! Monthly rent is $1550 + utilities. Move-in can be somewhat flexible, but ideally starting May 19th. Lease ends Feb 2025, with option to renew.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very cute walk up brown stone & everyone living in the building is super chill. Landlords just installed new laundry machines in the building (yay!), there is central HVAC, & there’s a shared backyard for common use. Street parking is decent and I’ve always been able to find a spot within 2-3 blocks.

My current roommate has a dog (Icy) who is a very sweet old lady and will give you all the loves. Additional pets will be considered 🙂

Currently, there’s a twin bed and dresser in the room, but it would comfortably fit a queen sized bed. The room itself faces the backyard so there’s minimal noise & lots of light!roommate is fine with alcohol as long as it’s kept in the room. We both contribute to chores equally and like to keep common spaces clean. You don’t have to be an extremely neat person (we aren’t), just the normal clean up after yourself expectations!
