Urgent Room Replacement

This is a small room in downtown Eugene, it comes with a closet and a window. The house has 1.5 bathrooms as well as in-unit laundry. There are 3 other rooms that are currently occupied but 2 more will be available on August 1st. Pets must be ESA certified. The house is a duplex with upstairs neighbors. One of the roommates is providing the wifi, likely until she moves out. Common areas are lightly furnished with appliances in the kitchen. Dumpster and recycling bin outside the house.

The roommate staying past August is friendly and outgoing, she is extroverted and enjoys hosting small parties (10-15 people) for big holidays or birthdays. They will usually play loud music until later at night at the parties, there are sometimes loud parties at neighboring houses (near the college). She has a very well-behaved rabbit, I never noticed or smelled her. She likes to maintain a clean living space and expects everyone to chip in, though not a clean freak.

As for the other 2 roommates, their lease ends August 1st, as well as mine, though it is available ro renew. One has a dog and one has a cat. They are all friendly girls in their mid 20s. Looking for a female to fill the spot, we are LGBT+ friendly.
