PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month's rent saved up ($1500) please do not contact. I need someone mature enough to be able to save money and is serious along with a steady job in order to consider you as a tenant.

I'm hoping to find:
- Career professionals/grad students/ mature undergrads (All are welcome if they meet the 3 following criteria however)
- individuals who can keep a clean house
- responsible person that pays rent on time
- peaceful, mellow person to rent room

What I'm NOT looking for:
-party animals
house is intended to be QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm out of respect to neighbors and housemates
-passive aggressive people
If there is a problem, they are to be discussed directly with one another like mature adults.
-Messy people
when finished in the kitchen, clean the area for the next housemate, and DEFINITELY abide by the cleaning schedule
