Private Bedroom Available for $1100 per month, with utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet included.

We are seeking either a female or male roommate, ideally a working professional or student, who is clean and respectful.

The residence is a 4-bedroom house shared with two males and one female, conveniently located near the 110 freeway and just 10 minutes from Downtown LA and Pasadena.

The available room measures 10 feet wide by 13 feet long.

Street parking is readily available.

Amenities include a shared bathroom with a shower (shared with one other person), and communal access to the laundry room, kitchen, and a small gym area.

A $500 refundable security deposit and the first month's rent are due before moving in. There is also a $44 fee for a credit check/background check through SmartMove.
