Looking for a roommate in Eastie!

Hello! Looking for a roommate to fill a spacious bedroom in a bath spot near Day Square in East Boston on September 1st, 2024. Short walk to public transportation, food, parks, and the water. Bedroom can be seen in pictures - lots of space with four windows letting in lots of natural light! Utilities included with rent payment, laundry in unit, street parking, and apartment is fully furnished only besides the open bedroom. A little about me: I love to workout, travel, and spend time with friends/family. I work at a gym downtown five days per week, mainly using those facilities for showering/etc., rarely doing so at home.
