I have been living in the community for a year & looking to fill private 1 Bedroom/1bath within 2bed 2bathroom in San Miguel Apartment Complex (Springdale St., Huntington Beach, California). Month to month lease agreement. THIS IS FOR MAY 1st & room is currently cleared.

-Dishwasher, microwave, and fridge come with the apartment.
-Small outdoor pool and gym.
-Utilities are included in the rent, with the exception of electricity.

-Current rent amount is notably less than the market price for similar option since the apartment it was continuously rented for a long time.

- Apartment has 2 balconies (1 small private balcony and 1 shared)

About roomate: 24 years old, drama free, financially literate, currently working full-time at AMAZON and aspire to be a remote digital graphic designer as I continue to grow my e-commerce clothing brand. I enjoy creating photography content and living an active lifestyle. Laid-back person at heart and truly an old soul, who enjoys networking and cooking! Cooking is my passion and escape, and enjoy connecting with others through it. I enjoy up-keeping the house and maintaining peace. I have an ESA small, trained terrier named ACE who is potty trained & very friendly with children and adults, please reach out if you feel as though this is the right for you.

Keep in mind that the complex administration will need to perform a background check and you will have to show your paystub for the past 2 months & rental history.

Managment of the complex is quite responsible and responsive, never had any issues with regards to that.
