All rooms are fully furnished and I have all the cooking and baking gadgets you could desire.

Street parking is challenging but possible, as I used to have a car here.
Laundromat is RIGHT next door. All the machines (and space!) are brand new. So wash/dry takes 45mins total and you can basically stay at home while you wait.
There are 6 grocery stores within a 4 block radius of the apt
1-2 walk to all best restaurants and bars in the area
