Female roommate wanted for 2 br/2ba townhome

Looking for a female roommate. Private bathroom. Utilities are included. Bed is not included. Nightstands and desk is optional. There's a carport in the back and backyard and patio with a garden that is free for use.

It's a central location near White Rock Lake in North Dallas. Close to Addison, Downtown Dallas, and Plano. 3 minute drive from Richardson College and close to UTD as well.

I work from home mostly and have a small dog so you must like animals. I do have a gate up to prevent her from entering the guest room and bathroom but she free roams otherwise. She's very friendly. My boyfriend stays over occasionally. I don't party or drink and maintain a positive lifestyle and environment and am looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle.

The ideal roommate is someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and positive. Looking for someone who meshes well me and my dog, Dany.

This listing is also only for 1 tenant, and I prefer no other pets.

I'll have a screening call to see if we mesh, and if we're on the same page, have you over to see the house.

1 month's rent as a security deposit plus 2 paystubs as proof of employment is required.
