Looking for a FEMALE roommate for an apartment in Kips Bay (29th & 3rd). It's a May 15 start date for a year lease. It’s a huge 1 bedroom flex 2 in a building with a beautiful rooftop, gym, laundry in basement elevator and part time doorman! So much natural lighting and one of the bigger apartments I've seen! It's around so many restaurants and bars- a great area. Rent would be around $2245-$2400 depending on bedroom. Flex wall still needs to be put up. Need to sign this lease ASAP!!
